Job summary

IQVIA in partnership with a Medtech client is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a career in medical device sales. This entry role is a pure hunter position calling on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, building a territory from scratch.

You'll prospect, educate clinicians, and drive prescription volume with a hands-on, metrics-driven approach. Travel daily within Durham, NC area is required; high activity and coaching provided to develop into a Territory Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven success in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• Proven ability to prospect and close in a field sales role.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate clinicians and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline in CRM.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget and time.
