Job summary

IQVIA, in partnership with our Medtech client, seeks an Associate Territory Representative to kickstart a medical device sales career. This field-based hunter role targets outpatient urology clinics, educating staff and physicians to drive prescriptions for catheter and Urinary Management Systems.

You will build your own territory, using disciplined prospecting and high call volume to turn conversations into prescribing relationships. A clear path to Territory Manager awaits top performers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales experience with quota achievement.
• Experience with strong sales training programs preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional presence with clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and call on outpatient clinics across assigned geography.
• Educate physicians and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume and expand usage within accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education and product demonstrations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory budget.
