Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to build a standalone territory in the medical device sales space. This entry point role focuses on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, with daily travel and no inherited book of business.

You will prospect, educate, and convert prescribers, manage a territory pipeline, and work toward monthly and quarterly sales targets in a fast-paced B2B environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Experience with world-class sales training programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient clinics across the assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, NPs, PAs, and clinic staff on product benefits.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline with accurate CRM data.
• Conduct in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-ups.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Plan routes and manage territory effectively and cost-efficiently.
