Job summary

IQVIA in partnership with a Medtech client is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to build a new field sales book in outpatient urology and urogynecology. This entry point into medical device sales emphasizes prospecting, relationship-building, and a path to Territory Manager as you establish your own book of business.

This role rewards a hunter mentality with daily field activity, a base pay range, and uncapped incentive potential, plus a car allowance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 2–4 years of B2B sales with quota achievement.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within the territory.
• Strong prospecting and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on the clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
