Job summary

IQVIA is seeking an Associate Territory Representative to launch a medical device sales career in a high-energy, metrics-driven environment. You will build a territory by prospecting outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics, educating staff, and driving prescription growth with physicians and clinicians.

You will be trained in clinical messaging and entrusted to manage relationships, data, and routes, with a clear path to Territory Manager roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel daily within territory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, target, and call on outpatient urology and urogynecology clinics across your assigned geography.
• Educate physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinic staff on clinical and patient benefits of products.
• Drive new prescription volume by converting prescribers and expanding usage within existing accounts.
• Build and manage a territory pipeline, maintaining accurate activity and opportunity data in the CRM.
• Execute in-clinic education, product demonstrations, and follow-up with clinical staff.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales activity and revenue targets.
• Operate your territory like a business: plan routes, prioritize targets, and manage your expense budget responsibly.
