Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Account Manager to implement the company’s sales strategy across a defined geography, engaging healthcare facilities and surgeons. The role requires extensive travel, 3+ years in medical device sales, and a track record of meeting sales goals in a commission-driven environment.

You will proctor procedures, gather data, and support training certification while maintaining CRM records and adhering to quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years outside sales OR experience in clinical service or direct clinical support of physicians and healthcare providers.
• Valid driver’s license issued in the United States and a clean driving record.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team.
• Ability to travel as necessary, including overnight/weekend travel.
• 3+ years of experience in medical device sales.
• 3+ years of experience selling to surgeons in an operating room environment, preferably with ENTs experience.
• Experience introducing market development programs to physician practices.
• Strong local relationships within the healthcare community in the specified geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company’s direct sales strategy and sales plans within the assigned territory to achieve sales revenue and budget objectives.
• Proctor Integra-trained physicians during initial procedures to provide guidance, gather data, and recommend training certification.
• Maintain records in Integra’s CRM system and understand the Quality Policy and Quality System requirements applicable to tasks.
• Ensure on-time completion of weekly and quarterly planning tools and timely reconciliation of emergency stock monthly.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required by management.
