Job summary

Integra LifeSciences Corporation is seeking an Account Manager to drive neurosurgery product sales across a defined Miami North territory. You will spend ~90% of time in the Operating Room, building relationships, delivering product expertise, and executing strategic plans to meet revenue targets.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent), 2+ years in medical/ surgical sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a hospital setting while lifting up

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is required.
• Minimum two years' experience business-to-business sales; surgical device or medical sales preferred.
• Excellent analytical, written, and verbal skills.
• Confidence to communicate with physicians and surgical personnel.
• Strong negotiation and selling skills.
• Interpersonal and political savvy within hospital setting.
• Track record of developing sales plans and executing.
• Physically capable of standing for long hours in the OR and lifting 65 lbs.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with customers and accounts not previously sold to.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales objectives defined by regional/corporate management.
• Create annual business plan and monthly/quarterly territory reports.
• Support case coverage and inventory requests with peers.
• Identify new business opportunities and product improvements with sales/marketing teams.
• Maintain high level of product/disease state knowledge and provide consultative OR support.
• Operate within budgets and corporate policies; adhere to Advamed Code of Conduct and Sunshine Act.
• Perform sales administration duties as directed.
