Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Account Manager to execute the company’s direct sales strategy within the assigned territory. You will proctor Integra’s trained physicians during procedures, gather data, and advise on training opportunities while maintaining CRM records and ensuring quality system compliance.

The role requires 3+ years in medical device sales, strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to travel, with the location centered near the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years outside sales or clinical support experience.
• 3+ years of medical device sales experience.
• Comfortable with travel and weekend travel as needed.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute direct sales strategy within assigned territory.
• Train physicians during initial procedures and gather feedback.
• Maintain CRM records of contacts and facilities.
• Ensure compliance with Quality System requirements.
• Plan weekly and quarterly tools and reconcile inventory as needed.
• Travel as required within territory.
