Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking an Account Manager to drive direct sales within a defined Texas territory. You will execute sales plans, support physicians, and gather feedback to guide training and marketing efforts.

The role requires 3+ years in medical device sales or clinical support, a valid U.S. driver's license, strong communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years outside sales or clinical support experience.
• Valid driver's license in the U.S. with clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a commission-driven environment and meet sales goals.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight/weekend travel.
• Experience selling medical devices to surgeons in OR settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the company's direct sales strategy within the assigned territory to meet revenue and budget goals.
• Support physicians and clinicians during procedures and gather data for training and feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and coordinate with Marketing and Training teams.
• Develop market development programs and nurture local relationships within the geography.
