Merit Medical is seeking a results-driven sales professional to present and sell Merit products to new and existing accounts across the United States. You will demonstrate products to clinicians, build long-term relationships, and coordinate with marketing and sales to ensure timely delivery and capture feedback for product improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, at least three years in direct medical sales, strong presentation skills, and the ability to travel

Formación

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a related Bachelors’ Degree.
• Minimum of three years of direct sales experience, preferably in selling medical products.
• Ability to communicate effectively with and to understand the needs of others in a sales relationship.
• A high degree of personal motivation and drive to achieve personal and professional goals.
• Excellent oral presentation skills and the ability to think quickly.
• Ability to travel extensively and work long hours to achieve goals.

Responsabilidades

• Establishes and maintains close relationships with new clients and existing accounts by meeting regularly with clients to present and demonstrate Merit products.
• Identify potential customers and introduce them to Merit products.
• Maintain contacts with clients to monitor satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve.
• Prepare customized drawings for clients needing custom kits or manifolds.
• Prepare and submit pricing contracts to clients for products.
• Follow up with clients to increase sales volume and profitability.
• Resolve problems with clients regarding manufacturing or delivery issues.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales staff to ensure timely shipment and gather product feedback.
• Participate in sales training and planning meetings to learn about new products and promotions.
