Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a dynamic field sales professional to expand and manage medical product accounts across diverse clinicians and facilities.

You will demonstrate Merit solutions, tailor demonstrations to clinical needs, and coordinate pricing and contracts to maximize satisfaction and sales growth. You will travel extensively, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate with marketing and sales to align product offerings with customer feedback and market

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent education/experience.
• text shorter than 140 chars
• Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience in medical products.
• Excellent communication and ability to understand client needs in sales.
• High motivation and drive to achieve goals.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to explain technical details to clinicians.
• Ability to learn medical equipment usage and explain improvements.
• Team player with ability to work independently and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Meeting with clients to present Merit products and explain benefits.
• Identify potential customers and introduce Merit products.
• Maintain contacts to monitor satisfaction with products.
• Prepare drawings for clients needing custom kits or manifolds.
• Prepare and submit pricing contracts to clients.
• Travel to meet clients and support sales efforts.
• Provide feedback on product needs and possible innovations.
• Prepare monthly sales reports.
