Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a talented Sales Representative in the United States to promote Merit products to new and existing accounts and to build lasting clinician relationships.

You will deliver in-service presentations, coordinate with marketing and sales teams, and study products to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This role requires travel and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Education and/or experience equivalent to a related Bachelor's Degree.
• Minimum three years direct sales experience, preferably in medical products.
• Strong communication and client needs assessment abilities.
• Self-motivated with drive to achieve goals.
• Excellent presentation skills for clinicians and technicians.
• Ability to learn medical equipment and explain usage improvements.
• Team player with independence to work with limited supervision.
• Proficient in business math for pricing and reporting.
• Organized and detail-oriented with documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively and work long hours.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with new and existing accounts.
• Demonstrates Merit products and explains benefits to clients.
• Identifies potential customers and introduces Merit offerings.
• Maintains client contacts to monitor satisfaction and identify improvements.
• Prepares customized drawings or kits for clients needing unique solutions.
• Submits pricing contracts and follows up on opportunities.
• Coordinates with marketing and sales teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Learns new products and marketing promotions through trainings.
• Maintains knowledge of Merit and competitor products.
• Travels as needed to perform sales duties with clients.
