Job summary

Merit Medical Systems, Inc. in the United States seeks a results-driven Sales Representative to grow new and existing accounts across the United States. You will present Merit products to clinicians, conduct in-service trainings, and build lasting client relationships.

You will collaborate with Merit marketing and sales teams, prepare pricing contracts, and track customer needs to spot opportunities for product enhancements. Travel by car or plane to meet clients and close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years direct sales experience, preferably medical products
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• High motivation with drive to achieve goals
• Ability to quickly analyze problems and explain solutions to clinicians
• Ability to learn medical equipment and explain usage improvements
• Team player with strong organizational skills and ability to travel extensively

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts
• Present and demonstrate Merit products to clients
• Identify potential customers and introduce Merit offerings
• Prepare pricing contracts and submit to clients
• Follow up to increase sales volume and profitability
• Coordinate with marketing and sales staff on timely product delivery and feedback
• Travel as needed to meet clients and close deals
• Maintain knowledge of Merit and competitor products
