Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in relevant field; advertising/marketing/communications/journalism preferred.
• 0-2 years of client service/agency experience or related internship.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables across departments and relay due dates.
• Manage client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) processes and communicate status.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, take notes, and provide status updates.
• Review invoicing documents, prepare Sunshine Act reports, and assist with reconciliations.
• Support meeting planning tasks with vendors including site search, contracting, travel, and AV.
