Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications in Philadelphia is seeking a Program Coordinator to keep multi-department projects on track. You will track deliverables, manage MLR processes, coordinate meetings, and support invoicing and reporting under supervision.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in advertising/marketing/communications/journalism, 0–2 years of client-service or agency experience, and strong MS Office skills. Excellent written and verbal communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors will be considered
• 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience
• A high level of computer competency and intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables through all departments and relay due dates
• Manage the client MLR process, including submissions and status updates to client and team
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and take meeting notes
• Review invoicing documents and prepare Sunshine Act reports as required
• Assist with meeting planning tasks (site search, venue contracting, travel, catering, AV) and distribute assignment reports
