Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to track project deliverables, manage the MLR process, and coordinate meetings across teams. You will support invoicing, reconciliations, Sunshine Act reporting, and client communications.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0–2 years in a client-service or agency setting, with strong MS Office skills and excellent written and verbal communication. A collaborative, fast-paced environment is emphasized.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism (or related field).
  • 0–2 years of client-service/agency experience or related internship.
  • Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Track project deliverables across departments and relay due dates.
  • Manage the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process and communicate status to clients and team.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings and take meeting notes.
  • Review invoicing documents and assist with reconciliations.
  • Prepare Sunshine Act reports and other client-required reports.
  • Assist with meeting planning including site search, venue contracting, travel, food/beverage and AV.
