Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to keep multiple projects on track and teams focused in a fast-paced environment.

In this role you will track deliverables across departments, manage the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process, coordinate meetings, and provide status updates to clients and internal teams. You’ll also handle invoicing review, Sunshine Act reports, and meeting logistics under supervision of a program manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors considered.
• 0–2 years in a client service/agency setting or related internship.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables across departments and relay due dates.
• Manage the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process and provide status updates.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and take notes.
• Review invoicing documents and prepare regulatory reports as needed.
• Collaborate with logistics for meeting planning and assignments.
