Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to keep complex medical communications projects on track while supporting MLR workflows and meeting logistics.

You will coordinate timelines across departments, prep reports, assist with Sunshine Act filings, invoicing review, and maintain client communications under supervision, in a remote US-based environment. Strong organization and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors considered
• 0–2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• High level of computer competency; proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables across all departments and communicate due dates
• Manage medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process including submissions and status updates
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and take meeting notes
• Review invoicing documents and assist with Sunshine Act reports
• Plan meetings with vendors: site search, venue contracting, travel, catering, and AV equipment
