Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage multiple projects and keep cross-functional teams aligned. You’ll handle the client MLR process, coordinate meetings, and communicate status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.

Under supervision, you will review invoicing and reconciliations, assist with Sunshine Act reports, and collaborate with logistics to plan meetings, travel, and venues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors will be considered
• 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience
• A high level of computer competency and intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables through all departments, ensure due dates are relayed, and obstacles identified and communicated efficiently.
• Manage the client MLR process including submissions, coordinating with taggers, and communicating status updates to client, MLR Supervisor, and team.
• Oversee coordinating internal and external meetings, take meeting notes, and provide status updates to the team.
• Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations; prepare Sunshine Act reports and ancillary reports as required.
• Work with logistics vendor on meeting planning tasks: site search, venue contracting, travel arrangements, catering, and AV.
• Prepare and distribute assignment reports and facilitate assignment team meetings.
