Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage multiple projects, coordinate MLR processes, and keep teams aligned across departments. You will handle meeting planning and status updates for clients under supervision, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in marketing/communications, 0–2 years in a client service setting, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors will be considered
• 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; high proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables through all departments and relay due dates; identify obstacles and communicate status
• Manage client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process, including submissions and coordination with taggers
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, take notes, and provide status updates to the team
• Review invoicing documents and reconcile; prepare Sunshine Act reports as required
• Collaborate with logistics vendor on meeting planning, venue contracting, travel, catering, and AV
• Prepare and distribute assignment reports and facilitate assignment team meetings
