Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage project deliverables, timelines, and client communications. You will run the MLR process, coordinate with taggers, and keep clients, supervisors, and team up-to-date on status.

Under supervision, you will handle invoicing reconciliations, Sunshine Act reporting, and logistics coordination for meetings, including site search and travel planning. A Bachelor’s degree and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, ideally with a concentration in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors will be considered
• 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience
• A high level of computer competency and intermediate or advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, and Outlook)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables through all departments, ensuring due dates are relayed and obstacles identified and communicated efficiently
• Manage the client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process, including submissions, coordinating with taggers, and providing status updates to client, MLR Supervisor, and team
• Oversee coordinating internal and external meetings, take meeting notes, and provide status updates to the team
• Review invoicing documents and final reconciliations under supervisor, prepare Sunshine Act reports as required
• Coordinate with logistics vendor for meeting planning tasks (site search, venue contracting, travel, catering, AV)
• Prepare and distribute assignment reports and facilitate assignment team meetings
