Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage up to 20 projects, coordinate MLR submissions, and oversee meeting planning and status updates across teams. The role focuses on keeping workflows efficient, ensuring due dates are met, and communicating obstacle resolutions.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in communications-related field and 0-2 years of client-service experience, with strong MS Office skills and excellent written/verbal communication.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of prior work experience in a client service/agency setting or related internship experience

Responsibilities

• Track project deliverables across departments, relay due dates and identify obstacles.
• Manage client medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) submissions and coordinate with taggers.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, take notes, provide status updates.
• Under supervision, review invoicing and reconciliations; prepare Sunshine Act reports.
• Assist with meeting planning: site search, venue contracting, travel, catering, AV.
• Prepare and distribute assignment reports and lead assignment team meetings.
