Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Coordinator to manage up to 20 projects, ensuring on-time deliverables and efficient cross-department collaboration. You will drive MLR submissions, coordinate with taggers, and provide regular status updates to clients and supervision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors considered.
  • 0–2 years of client service/agency experience or related internship.
  • Strong skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

  • Track project deliverables across departments and relay due dates.
  • Oversee MLR processes, coordinate with taggers, and share status updates with clients and teams.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, take notes, and report progress.
  • Review invoicing and reconciliations; prepare Sunshine Act and other reports as needed.
  • Support meeting planning with venues, travel, catering, and AV equipment.
