Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a Program Manager to lead delivery of medical communications programs in a fast-paced client services environment. You will partner with Scientific Directors, Strategic Account leaders, clients, and cross-functional teams to drive execution and deliver high-quality work.

You will oversee workflows, manage MLR review processes, and coordinate documentation while supporting budgets and invoicing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years of project management experience in pharma-related services.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with budgets, invoicing, or resource planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows for client programs.
• Coordinate medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) review processes and documentation.
• Support financial tracking and invoicing activities.
• Serve as primary client contact for status updates and financial communications.
• Ensure compliance with client and industry requirements.
• Provide guidance to Program Coordinators and coordinate vendor activities.
