Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications seeks a Program Manager to lead client programs, partner with Scientific Directors and Strategic Account Directors, and drive project execution with financial oversight. You will ensure timely delivery, maintain documentation, and mentor junior staff in a collaborative, fast-paced setting.

You will coordinate workflows, review processes, and vendor activities while communicating progress to clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of PM experience within pharmaceutical-related services.
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders and deliverables in deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and communicate project workflows to ensure successful client programs.
• Coordinate MLR review processes and maintain project documentation.
• Support financial tracking and invoicing activities.
• Serve as primary client contact for status updates and operational discussions.
