Job summary

Precision AQ - Medical Communications is seeking a highly organized Program Manager to lead client programs and coordinate cross-functional teams in the US.

You will drive project workflows, oversee MLR review coordination, and monitor budgets and invoicing while serving as the primary client contact and operational leader for complex programs. This role offers growth and a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–3 years of project management experience in pharmaceutical-related services (medical communications, healthcare advertising, sales training, or digital production).
• Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Experience supporting project budgets, financial monitoring, invoicing, or resource planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project workflows to ensure successful client program execution.
• Coordinate MLR review processes and maintain project documentation.
• Provide client status updates, operational discussions, and financial communications.
• Support program logistics, vendor coordination, and mentoring Program Coordinators.
