Precision AQ - Medical Communications is hiring a Program Coordinator to manage up to 20 projects across departments, ensuring deliverables and timelines. You will run the MLR process, coordinate with taggers, and share status updates with clients and the team.

Under supervision, you will handle invoicing review, Sunshine Act reports, and meeting planning, while distributing assignment reports and leading team discussions in a fast-paced setting.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or journalism; other majors considered.
• 0–2 years of client service/agency experience or related internship.
• High level of computer competency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project and Outlook.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Helpful experience: knowledge of timeline and schedule development.
• Helpful experience: experience supporting a project manager or marketing team with coordinating tasks and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Track project deliverables through all departments and communicate due dates.
• Oversee the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process including submissions with taggers.
• Provide status updates to clients, the MLR Supervisor, and the team.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings and take meeting notes.
• Review invoicing documents and prepare ancillary reports as required.
