Qualifications

• 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service; medical office experience and scheduling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answers phone calls and schedules patient care activities.
• Directs inquiries to appropriate staff using EPIC EMR messaging or warm transfer.
• Manage daily patient and physician scheduling and update patient information.
• Verify referrals and perform pre-certifications; handle correspondence as needed.
• Maintain office supplies and a clean work area.
