Venus AI seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive growth in an assigned territory, promoting medical aesthetics devices and expanding the customer base. You will manage accounts, perform product demonstrations, and maintain CRM data while meeting quarterly and annual revenue targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside B2B sales and 1–3 years in medical aesthetics, with travel within North America and some international events. A vehicle and flexible hours are expected.

Qualifications

• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent in business or relevant field.
• 3–5 years outside B2B sales experience; 1–3 years medical aesthetics sales preferred.
• Experience selling lasers, RF or minimally invasive tech to dermatologists, surgeons or Med Spas.

Responsabilités

• Manage territory and drive sales to increase customer base and market share.
• Conduct customer analysis to identify needs and opportunities.
• Develop pipelines, book meetings, and maintain CRM data (Salesforce).
• Meet or exceed sales targets; support installations and product demonstrations.
