Job summary

Venus AI is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth for our medical aesthetics devices across the assigned territory. You will cultivate customer relationships, manage accounts, and close deals to achieve revenue targets.

This role requires travel within North America and internationally as needed, with a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1. You have 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience, including 1–3 years in medical aesthetics, and a proven track record of meeting quotas.

Qualifications

• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent educational background in business or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience.
• Experience selling lasers, RF and minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons and Med Spas.
• Proven track record of meeting quotas and driving sales growth.
• Excellent cold calling, selling and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM is an asset.
• Solid MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and drive sales to increase customer base and market share.
• Develop pipelines and maintain on-site visits to meet goals.
• Educate customers on device indications, efficacy, safety.
• Complete full sales cycle including contracts, quotes, and terms.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and prepare reports.
• Support installation at customer sites.
• Meet sales targets and forecast/report sales.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
