Job summary

Venus AI is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive growth across the assigned territory in the United States. You will promote medical aesthetics devices to dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medspas, build pipelines, and meet revenue targets.

You'll travel within the territory and occasionally beyond, with uncapped commissions and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1. A BA/BS and 3–5 years B2B sales and 1–3 years medical aesthetics sales are required.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience.
• Experience selling lasers, RF or minimally invasive tech to dermatology or medspas.
• Proven quota attainment and sales growth.
• Strong cold calling, selling and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and drive sales through existing and new customers; increase customer base and market share.
• Conduct customer analysis to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Develop pipelines, ensure progression and on-site visits; perform cold calling.
• Educate customers on device indications, efficacy and safety; build relationships.
• Complete full sales cycle including contracts, quotes and terms per guidelines.
• Maintain CRM data integrity; compile reports and attend calls/meetings.
• Support installation at customer site per company procedures.
• Meet sales targets as per budgets; forecast and submit reports.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
