Job summary

Venus AI in Los Angeles, CA seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive sales of our medical aesthetics devices and expand market presence within the territory. You will build customer relationships, conduct product demonstrations, and manage full sales cycles, while meeting targets and maintaining Salesforce CRM data.

This role requires 3–5 years of outside B2B sales and 1–3 years in medical aesthetics, with willingness to travel and relocate as needed; strong time management and negotiation skills

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of outside business-to-business sales experience.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience.
• Experience selling lasers, RF and minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons and Med Spas.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and drive sales to increase customer base and market share.
• Conduct customer analysis to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Develop pipelines with proactive activity; conduct cold calling and on-site visits.
• Meet daily activity goals including 30 cold calls and 5 meetings.
• Maintain expertise on product indications, efficacy and safety.
• Complete full sales cycle including contracts, quotes, and terms per guidelines.
