Job summary

Venus AI is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales of medical aesthetics devices within a defined territory in the United States. You will manage accounts, develop pipelines, and collaborate with Inside Sales and Clinical Training to meet revenue targets.

The role requires 3–5 years in outside B2B sales and 1–3 years in medical aesthetics, with travel within North America. A strong track record in quota attainment and Salesforce familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business or relevant field.
• The candidate should have 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience is required.
• Experience selling lasers, RF or minimally invasive tech to dermatologists, surgeons and med spas.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting quota and driving sales growth.
• Excellent cold calling, selling and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, Salesforce is an asset.
• Solid MS Office and general computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and drive sales with existing and new customers to expand market share.
• Conduct customer analysis to understand business needs and opportunities.
• Develop pipelines and ensure progression; perform cold calls and on-site visits.
• Implement and adapt the company's sales strategy to exceed goals.
• Educate customers on product lineups; discuss indications, efficacy, safety, and needs.
• Complete full sales cycle including contracts, quotes, and terms per guidelines.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and prepare regular reports.
• Support installation at customer sites per company methods and policies.
• Meet sales targets as per annual/quarterly budgets.
• Forecast and submit sales reports; collaborate with Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
