Venus AI in Charlotte/Raleigh, NC seeks an Area Sales Manager to drive growth of medical aesthetics devices. You will manage territory, build relationships with dermatologists and med spas, and meet revenue targets through new and existing customers.

Responsibilities include cold calling, scheduling meetings, conducting product demos, maintaining Salesforce CRM, and coordinating with internal teams. This role requires travel within North America, including some overnights, and offers base salary

Qualifications

• BA/BS University Degree or equivalent in business or relevant field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience.
• Experience selling lasers, RF, or minimally invasive tech to Dermatologists/Med Spas.
• Proven track record of meeting quota and driving growth.
• Excellent cold calling, selling and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage territory and drive sales; increase customer base and market share.
• Conduct customer analysis and identify business opportunities.
• Develop pipelines and book 5 meetings daily and 2–3 meetings daily.
• Educate customers on product indications, efficacy, safety; conduct product demos.
• Maintain CRM data integrity and generate reports.
• Support installation at customer sites per company methods and policies.
