Job summary

Venus AI in Nashville, TN is seeking an Area Sales Manager to lead sales in the assigned territory for our medical aesthetics devices. You will cultivate customer relationships, drive revenue and expand market presence, meeting quarterly targets.

The role requires 3–5 years of outside B2B sales, 1–3 years in medical aesthetics, and a proven track record of quota attainment. Travel within North America is expected, with some international opportunities.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in business or relevant field.
• 3–5 years outside B2B sales experience.
• 1–3 years medical aesthetics sales experience.
• Experience selling lasers, RF or minimally invasive tech to Dermatologists/Med Spas.
• Proven quota attainment and sales growth.
• Excellent cold calling, negotiating, and relationship-building skills.
• Able to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Salesforce experience is a plus.
• Strong MS Office and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and drive sales to increase customer base and market share.
• Conduct customer analysis and identify business opportunities.
• Develop pipelines, book meetings, and advance opportunities.
• Make cold calls daily and visit accounts.
• Educate customers on product line and perform demonstrations.
• Maintain CRM data and generate reports.
• Meet sales targets and forecast accordingly.
