Job summary

Venus AI is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive sales of medical aesthetics devices and expand market presence within the assigned territory. You will manage relationships, develop pipelines, and meet revenue targets while traveling within North America and internationally as needed.

The role offers uncapped commissions, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package starting Day 1, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business or relevant field.
• 3–5 years of outside B2B sales experience.
• 1–3 years of medical aesthetics sales experience.
• Experience selling lasers, RF, or minimally invasive technologies to Dermatologists, Facial and Plastic Surgeons and Med Spas.
• Proven quota achievement and sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Manage territory and drive sales; increase customer base and market share.
• Develop pipelines; conduct cold calling and on-site visits to meet goals.
• Educate customers on device indications, efficacy, safety; maintain relationships.
• Complete full sales cycle including contracts, quotes, and terms per guidelines.
• Maintain CRM data (Salesforce) and compile reports.
• Support installation at customer sites and travel as required.
• Forecast and submit sales reports; collaborate with Inside Sales and Clinical Training.
