Townsquare Media Group is hiring Account Executives to join our Lansing sales team. This full-time, in-office role focuses on growing a local portfolio by closing new business and maintaining strong client relationships across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

You will work closely with market leadership to meet and exceed goals, with uncapped earning potential and a robust benefits package. Prior success in consultative, data-driven sales is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build long-term client relationships.

Responsabilités

• Own a book of business in Lansing and manage full sales cycle.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new business with local clients.
• Present tailored marketing solutions from Townsquare’s portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to execute campaigns and reporting.
