Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is hiring an Account Executive in Montrose, CO. This is a full-time, in-office sales role focused on building and managing a book of business with local clients.

You will prospect, qualify, and close new business while maintaining long-term relationships; you’ll present tailored marketing strategies across broadcast, digital, and programmatic solutions, with opportunities for cross-sell and upsell. A driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required)

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
