Townsquare Media Group in Grand Junction, CO is seeking an experienced Account Executive for an in-office, full-cycle sales role. You will build and manage a local book of business, bring in new clients, and maintain long-term relationships across our broadcast and digital solutions.

As a key team member, you’ll craft tailored marketing strategies, close deals, and collaborate with leadership to hit aggressive targets. This role offers uncapped earning potential and comprehensive benefits.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in sales (required).
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle (required).

Responsabilidades

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent the full portfolio including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
