The role emphasizes consultative selling with uncapped earning potential and strong support from leadership. You will drive growth by delivering tailored marketing strategies and building trusted partnerships with local businesses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools.
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand clients' reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals.
