Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking an experienced Multi-Media Account Executive for our Shreveport office. You will own a book of business, win new clients, and nurture long-term relationships across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships.

In this role you’ll use consultative sales techniques, collaborate with internal teams, and work toward aggressive individual and team targets. A BA/BS is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and vehicle required

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights and tools
• Conduct in-depth needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies
• Represent our full portfolio of solutions including broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand your clients' reach and ROI
• Partner with internal teams and collaborate on campaign execution and strategy
• Work directly with your Market Leadership to meet and exceed individual and team goals
