Townsquare Media Group in Texarkana, AR, is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our in-office sales team. You will own a book of business, close new clients, and manage relationships across our broadcast and digital solutions.

This full-cycle role requires data-driven prospecting, needs assessments, and presenting tailored marketing strategies. You’ll partner with internal teams to execute campaigns and achieve aggressive targets with uncapped earning potential and strong growth

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience driving results.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal communication.
• Proven ability to identify and close new business.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent our broadcast, digital, programmatic, and event sponsorships portfolio.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal teams on campaign execution and strategy.
• Work with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
