Job summary

Townsquare Media Group is seeking a Multi-Media Account Executive in an in-office role in the United States. You will own a book of business, bring in new clients, and nurture existing accounts through a full-cycle sales process.

The position emphasizes strategic, consultative selling across broadcast, digital, and event sponsorships. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales, a proven track record, strong presentation and communication skills, and a BA/BS degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated success in identifying and securing new business.
• Strong work ethic, drive, and competitiveness.
• Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance.
• BA/BS degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and secure new business using data-driven insights.
• Conduct needs assessments and present tailored marketing strategies.
• Represent the full portfolio of broadcast, digital, programmatic, and events.
• Cross-sell and upsell to expand client reach and ROI.
• Partner with internal teams for campaign execution and strategy.
• Collaborate with Market Leadership to meet and exceed goals.
