Job summary

Cumulus Media is seeking an Account Executive to manage relationships with local and regional advertisers, drive revenue growth, and identify new business opportunities across broadcast, digital, and events.

The right candidate will have a proven track record in outside sales, excellent communication, and the ability to develop tailored marketing solutions that meet client objectives. Travel is required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• 2 years of sales experience required; media sales preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license; regular travel is required.
• Strong lead generation and ability to maintain a sales funnel.
• Excellent communication; self-motivated and entrepreneurial.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new business opportunities with existing and new clients.
• Deliver marketing solutions across broadcast, digital, and events.
• Negotiate and close deals; build long-term client relationships.
• Accurately manage orders, billing issues, and sales reports.
• Maintain a full pipeline through prospecting and networking.
