Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an Operations Coordinator for a 9-month contract, onsite at our NYC office. The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience in billing marketing, campaign or media agency operations and will support cross-functional teams.

You will handle financial documents, vendor reconciliations, onboarding vendors, daily cash reports, and collaborate with Procure to Pay, FP&A, and Sourcing to keep financial workflows on track.

Qualifications

• Requires 1+ years of experience in billing marketing, campaign or media agency operations.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with organizational software such as Asana or Airtable is nice to have.
• Will work with global teams, should be able to support virtually.

Responsibilities

• Handle creative requests for media plans, collaborate with international regions to track content availability, and manage project boards or daily stand-ups to keep teams aligned.
• Maintain financial documents and team billing trackers, resolve vendor discrepancies, and promptly address ad hoc payment inquiries to prevent escalations.
• Onboard new media activation vendors using Graphite Connect and manage profiles, net term changes, and remittances.
• Prepare daily cash received reports, balance daily cash receipt accounts, and record necessary journal entries to the general ledger (G/L).
• Partner closely with internal departments (like Procure to Pay, FP&A, and Sourcing) and external platforms (such as Google, Amazon, and Meta) to ensure smooth financial workflows and process adherence.
