Job summary

Solomon Page is seeking an Associate Project Manager, Media in Burbank, CA to support a high-volume marketing operations team for approximately 6 months. The role manages asset and promo delivery workflows, coordinating with internal teams and vendors, with onsite Mon-Thu and remote Fri.

The ideal candidate brings marketing operations or studio/entertainment experience, strong asset tracking, and proficiency with post-production tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; marketing operations background essential.
• Experience in entertainment/studio/agency/post-production environments.
• Experience delivering promo assets and media deliverables (trailers, sizzles, digital assets).
• Strong post-production workflows, asset tracking, quality control, final delivery, file management, and vendor coordination.
• Mac experience required; Airtable strongly preferred; familiarity with collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage promo and asset delivery processes across multiple TV titles and brands.
• Track assets, delivery timelines, approvals, and final deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, creative teams, post-production partners, vendors, and cross-functional teammates.
• Provide coverage for a 7–8 person team in a collaborative environment.
• Support rollout of a new asset management system.
• Work independently while aligning with the team and documenting projects.
