Responsibilities

• Support creative operations by coordinating media plan requests and working with international teams to track content availability.
• Monitor daily workflows, update project boards, and lead stand-ups to keep tasks progressing.
• Maintain billing trackers and financial docs; resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams.
• Address inquiries on payment status, vendor data, and onboarding issues to ensure smooth billing processes.
• Build relationships with Marketing Strategy, FP&A, Procure to Pay, Sourcing, and Global Business Services; assist vendor onboarding and issue resolution.
