Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living for residents. The role includes administering prescribed medications within scope, documenting in EMAR/MAR, and supporting residents’ daily routines.

Responsibilities include daily living assistance, incident reporting, care planning support, and attendance at medication training sessions. Training and flexible scheduling may apply.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both current CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must satisfactorily pass 2 medication observations annually.
• Must satisfactorily pass all medication cart audits.
• Must attend 4 additional hours of medication administration education annually.
• Must be CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications within the established scope of practice and document in EMAR/MAR.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and dining.
• Report incidents and changes to HCD/RN/LPN and Daily Log.
• Complete medication cart audits and maintain the cart.
• Attend in-services and staff meetings.
• Assist new residents with move-in transition and provide emotional support.
