Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities for residents. The role includes administering prescribed medications within scope and maintaining accurate medication records.

Responsibilities include helping residents with daily activities, reporting concerns to the healthcare director, and assisting with meal and activity transitions. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing required.
• CPR/First Aid certification and willingness to obtain within 60 days of hire.
• Must pass medication observations and medication cart audits annually.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide medications administration within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintain and audit medication cart; document in EMAR/MAR.
• Report resident incidents and communicate status to HCD/RN/LPN.
• Follow confidentiality policies and communicate clearly with team.
• Assist resident move-in, meal and activity transitions and escort to dining/activity areas.
