Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist residents with activities of daily living. You will administer prescribed medications within policy, assist with daily routines, and maintain accurate MAR/EMAR records.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. CPR/First Aid certification is expected or obtained within 60 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain within 60 days.
• Effective verbal and written communication required.
• Ability to work with residents and staff across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Administer prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Maintain medication cart and complete MAR/EMAR documentation.
• Report incidents and changes in resident status to appropriate staff.
• Coordinate with nursing team and participate in daily care rounds.
• Support move-in transitions and assist with dining and activities.
